Saudi Arabia announces resumption of domestic flights
Domestic flights resumed in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Aviation has issued SOPs for flights. According to the notification issued , domestic flights will be resumed from Sunday, May 31 and all security measures at domestic airports will be completed.
Air operations at Saudi airports will resume in two phases, with half of the airports being opened in the first phase of the two-week period, while domestic flights at other airports will open in the second phase. Domestic flights were banned on March 21 due Corona virus.
Domestic flights from Saudi airports will operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.daily. All narrow bodied planes will be sterilized 100 minutes and all wide bodied planes will be sterilized 145 minutes before the flight. For Executive and Business class a seat will be vacant between two passengers.
