International airlines to partially resume flights to Pakistan
According to Express News, on the direction of the government of Pakistan, the Civil Aviation Authority allowed foreign flights to land at Pakistani airports.One foreign airliner will be allowed to land daily and carry passengers from Pakistan.
Landing permission has been granted to 29 foreign airlines, of which 25 have agreed to start operations immediately. The CAA Department of Air Transport has issued a formal notification regarding the permit, which is applicable tonight from 12 noon to June 30.
Foreign flights as ferry flights (non-passenger planes) will land at Pakistani airports. Flights will have to comply with standard procedures (SOPs) and social distance requirements religiously.
